• Setting new targets and business development strategy for new markets for all ventures
• New sales approach with a new network development
• Hiring Business Development VPs and Managers
• New Investment Evaluation
• New market entry methodology including new company formations, partnerships, strategic JVs
• New revenue streams definition and development
• New corporate identity and marketing including viral
• Business plan development giving the investment requirements and expected payoffs based on the competition analysis
• Project Management
• Follow Up and Logistics
• Strategic Negotiations for Contract Improvements
• Actual Direct Sales
• Location Athens – willingness to travel and potentially relocate to Dubai
• Reporting directly to CEO
• Salary / Equity stakes to be discussed based on profile and experience

• 5-10 years work experience in Sales, Business Development, M&A, Consulting
• International Experience 2-4 years living abroad
• Managerial Positions and Evidence in Promotions and fast growth
• Foreign Languages: English fluent, Arabic, French, German a strong plus
• MBA or equivalen
